Our products are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only. Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations in their country. We do not sell for human consumption.

For in-stock items (~90% of orders): 1–3 business days nationwide across Egypt via our local courier network, and 3–7 business days for other Middle East destinations (UAE, KSA, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman), all via insulated cold-chain courier. Greater Cairo is often delivered the same or next day depending on order time and stock location. For the rare item that's out of local stock, we ship directly from our US facility via DHL / FedEx (5–10 business days). We always confirm exact timing on WhatsApp before you commit to the order.

Most Egypt-based orders are cash on delivery (COD), paid to the courier on arrival. We also accept InstaPay and EGP bank transfer for Egypt; bank transfer or international card-to-card for other Middle East countries; and instant USD transfer for US-based customers. We don't process cards on the website. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange whichever method suits you.

Across the Middle East: Egypt (1–3 days nationwide), UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman. We also ship to the US directly from our US facility for North American researchers. Message us with your location and we'll confirm options and pricing.

Every batch arrives with a third-party Certificate of Analysis showing HPLC purity, mass spec confirmation of identity, and endotoxin testing. We share the COA with you on request before you order.

Lyophilized peptides: refrigerate at 2–8°C, protect from light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within 30 days. Bacteriostatic water: room temperature out of direct sunlight.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and cold-chain integrity, we don't accept returns once a package is delivered. If a product arrives damaged or is incorrect, message us within 24 hours and we'll replace it.
